Fundamentals Wedding Planning (Month to -day-of Event Management)

This service is for clients that have already fully planned their wedding or event but would like a coordinator to help finalize the details and over-see the smooth running of the day of their event. Package includes:
• Consultation Appointment
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors a month to two weeks prior to the day of the event
• Visit to the ceremony and reception sites prior to the event
• Managing of vendor setup at ceremony and/or reception
• Creation of wedding day timeline
• Attendance of wedding rehearsal
• Pre- reception meeting with MC
• Coordination and supervision of the event day ceremony and reception.

Meet-Me-In-Middle Wedding Planning/Coordination

This package is for clients who have already started planning their wedding but decide at some point that they would like a professional wedding planner to continue and coordinate the wedding. Package Includes:
• Consultation appointment
• Follow up telephone calls and emails to all contracted vendors
• Advice on menu selection and attendance at food tasting if required
• Managing already established contacts
• Wedding planning timeline/ Schedule
• Budget Management and allocation
• Pre-reception meeting with MC
• Attendance of wedding rehearsal
• Management and coordination of the full event

Start-to-Finish (Full Event Planning/Coordination)

This package is for clients who would like the full professional planning of their event or wedding from start to finish, as well as full coordination on the day of the event. Package Includes:
• Consultation Appointment
• Unlimited number of professional -in person, email and telephone consultation throughout the event planning process
• Budget preparation, allocation and management
• Wedding/Event planning timeline
• Booking and visiting of venue sites
• Booking and selection of vendors that fit your style
• Full development of wedding/event theme you have chosen
• Advice on menu selection and attendance at food tasting if required
• Coordination of wedding/event rehearsal
• Full Management and Coordination of wedding/event
